Please pass along my sincere THANK YOU for jobs well done by you and your staff during the ASHRAE Conference, January 17-23, 2014 at the NY Hilton and Javits. They were excellent, professional, well qualified, and a pleasure to work with. Hope to see some of them on Broadway! Having such good support is so important. When we have such well-trained and knowledgeable support it is very much appreciated and such a relief! I know we had early mornings and the weather didn’t cooperate a couple of days but your group was always on time or early and in good spirits. It takes a coordinated effort to have these conferences run smoothly and everyone plays a vital part. Your staff certainly provided an important piece to the success of our Winter Conference.

We have staffed small conferences of 3-10 people

Our group does nothing else but events. Therefore, our staff, which consist mostly, of theater people, go from one event to another. They are experienced, personable, and professional, possess a great attitude and are very proactive.

OVERTIME & DAILY MINIMUMS
We have a four hour minimum for each and every person. Our overtime policy begins when a person works over 40 hours within one week, beginning Monday and ending on Sunday. If an individual should work 12 hours within one day, they will be billed at straight time, as long as they did not go over 40 hours in the week. Each person working six hours or more will take a 30 minute break for lunch. You will not be charged for their lunch time.

ADDITIONAL FEES
There are no additional fees whatsoever. No parking nor taxes of any kind.

STAFF EXPERIENCE
Our parent company, Choice Associates, has been in business for almost 40 years. Our staff has worked with just about every registration company in the United states.

DRESS CODE
To be determined.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept changes, addition, and deletions up to and including the twelfth hour. We will down size each and every day and you will only be billed for the actual hours a person works, providing they have work the minimum of four hours for that day.

BREAKS & LUNCH
Once an individual works six hours or more in a given day, they are required to take a thirty minute lunch break. You are not billed for that time. They will normally take one break per day, (ten minutes), and you are billed for that time. The working supervisor will schedule breaks and lunches.

ATTENDANCE
Each and every staff member is very much aware that once they begin an assignment, they must finish the assignment or else, that will be their last job with us. The three people who begin the assignment will be the very same people who will finish the assignment.
